Which carriers do you use to ship?
We use USPS and UPS for both domestic and international orders.
How can I track my order?
Please email support@beverlybeachbydorit.com to request a tracking number. Tracking will be provided via email once your order has been shipped. If you do not see any movement or updates on your tracking please email customer service at Support@beverlybeachbydorit.com.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
For Domestic Orders: Once your order is dispatched it typically takes an estimated 2-3 business days. Holidays/weekends are not included in transit time.
For International Orders: Once your order is dispatched it typically takes 6-10 business days to deliver. Customs may delay the delivery of your order.
**Please keep in mind that this is an estimated delivery time provided by our carriers and does not include order processing time. Weekends, Holidays, Customs, and Weather conditions may delay the delivery of your order.
What is your return policy?
All items suits must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date in unused condition with original tags attached and hygienic liners intact for exchange or store credit only.
Any apparel/headwear deemed damaged, such as/not limited to with deodorant stains, make up, or bronzer, will be not be eligible for return and will be subjected to reshipping fees.
Please email support@beverlybeachbydorit.com with the subject: "Return Request" to request authorization. Be sure to include your order #.
*Shipping fees are non-refundable.*
Bronzer/Makeup is NOT eligible for return.
Sale/discounted Items are not eligible for return.
Beverly Beach will not issue a store credit to you if your order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete. Beverly Beach will not re-ship any order that is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete.
Where can I request a Return Authorization?
Please email our Customer Service team at support@beverlybeachbydorit.com to obtain a Return Authorization number and return instructions. Please note the reason for return.

Will I have to pay International Taxes & Duties?
International orders are subject to Duties, Customs and Value Added Taxes. These charges MUST be paid upon receipt of your order. Be sure to verify the additional cost you may incur with the authorities of the country the order is being shipped to. You will be responsible for all taxes and duties applied to your package; this fee is not included in your shipping fee.
If you refuse a shipment from Beverly Beach, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Beverly Beach. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise store credit. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be issued a credit.
**Shipping fees are non-refundable. If your package is returned back to Beverly Beach due to an undeliverable address, we will issue a store credit for the amount of the items only. A reshipping fee will be applied if you request a reshipment, we will not deliver to the address listed in your original order.
International Returns/Exchanges: Duties/Taxes will NOT be refunded, to request a refund on any taxes paid you will need to contact your local customs office. If you want to exchange your item please email customer service (support@beverlybeachbydorit.com) to start the process of your exchange and to hold the item. A shipping fee will be applied to any exchange orders.
